  • Hire Social gives you access to direct employers through our targeted social media campaigns.
  • Any Passive/Active Jobseeker from any industry vertical with an annual CTC of ₹ 800,000 and above can register with Hire Social.
  • You can register/apply for jobs using one click registration process using your current LinkedIn or FaceBook or Google accounts.
  • Post login you need to mandatorily update your profile with your Industry Vertical, Mobile Number, Function, Designation, Current Salary, Total Experience, Current Location, Preferred Location and Notice Period along with the updated resume.
  • Your resume should be either in Word(.doc or .docx) or PDF formats.
  • No. we are not selling database access of the candidates to employers hence there will be no candidate search option for employers to search. We validate resumes manually and we keep your job search confidential with your current employer.

  • Corporate in-house recruiters/hiring managers from all industry verticals irrespective of its size and scale, being it a Fortune 500 company or a start-up/small/large business can join Hire Social for Free.
  • We support mandates from all industry verticals which are above an annual CTC of ₹10,00,000.
  • Register yourself along with your company details and a dashboard with job posting section will be enabled for you immediately. You will be asked to use only your corporate email IDs to register; generic email IDs will not be allowed to use Employer section of Hire Social.
  • As a process we validate all the job postings before making it live. Normally it takes 2 business hours for the job posting to go live.
  • Free & Unlimited, we’re generous, aren't we? When all job boards charge you exorbitant ‎for job postings, we are absolutely free and unlimited, just for you!
  • Once your job posting is approved and live, we promote your job posting in FaceBook or LinkedIn or Google AdWords as paid targeted AD campaigns and reach the desired candidate pool and make them apply for the opening. We vet the applications, validate the same against the JD and submit the matching candidates for your feedback. Post your feedback we co-ordinate with the candidate from interview stage till he on boards.
  • No, you will not be charged for the paid Social Media AD Campaigns we do for promoting your job openings.
  • No, the actual number of qualified candidate profiles that you may receive can vary depending upon multiple factors like skills, position, designation, job location, salary and supply/demand for talent.
  • No, we are not selling database access of the candidates hence there will be no candidate search option for you to search.
  • We charge you a flat 5% of annual CTC of the candidate after he joins (same fee across all levels).
  • Yes, if the candidate leaves within 60 days of date joining we provide you a free replacement.
  • You need to share us the Annual CTC on the same day when the candidate joins, and we will submit the invoice next day, you shall make the payment with 14 working days from the date of invoice.
  • You can do an online transfer to our current account or cut a cheque in the name of "SpizeBox Services Private Limited"
  • Yes, we have a standard agreement with above terms and conditions. Before we commence the paid social media campaigns you need to download the agreement and print the same in your letter head and share the hardcopy with us to counter sign.(click here to download the agreement).
